Beginning August I, 2008 and ending
September 26, 2008, a drawing will be held on each business day at Royal
Bank, 731 Water A venue, Hillsboro, Wisconsin at 10:00 a.m. for each day's
gun. YOU NEED NOT BE PRESENT TO WIN! By purchasing a raffle ticket, you
are eligible to win 40 guns that will total in value over $18,000.00. Any
winner may elect to receive a cash prize of $200.00 in place of receiving
the gun prize. Tickets must be purchased by July 31, 2008. Winning tickets
will be reentered for all drawings. Winners will be notified via telephone
or u.s.
Mail. You are responsible to notifY the
Hillsboro Lions Club ("Hillsboro Lions") in writing at P.O. Box 13,
Hillsboro, WI 54634, prior to the beginning of the drawings if your
address or telephone number changes. Hillsboro Lions will use reasonable
efforts to contact all winners but are not responsible for failing to
contact winners who have not notified Hillsboro Lions of address and
telephone number changes. If Hillsboro Lions are unable to locate a
winner, a new drawing will be held for a new winning ticket. Winners must
pick up the prizes in person from Robert Stekel, 952 Washington Avenue,
Hillsboro, Wisconsin (phone 608-606-0124) within 30 days of winning.
Winners must present a valid picture J.D. If not eligible by law to
receive a gun, the winner will receive the
$200.00 cash prize. If a gun listed below is not available, Hillsboro
Lions reserve the right to substitute a gun of equal or greater value. All
federal and state firearms laws apply. Hillsboro Lions reserve the right
to refund all raffle ticket money if a minimum of 800 raffle tickets are
not sold by July I, 2008. By purchasing this ticket, you consent in the
event that you are a winner that Hillsboro Lions may publish your name,
city and state of residence and
the item you have won on its web site and elsewhere.
